Memories Wine is sourced from the prestigious Château d'Haurets estate nestled in the picturesque Entre-Deux-Mers region of Bordeaux. Acquired by the Ducourt family in 1983, this bucolic vineyard is surrounded by the iconic Château and its charming windmill, creating a truly enchanting setting. The vineyard's exceptional clay-limestone soil imparts a unique freshness to the wine, enhancing its robust flavor profile.
Flavors
Crafted with intention and rooted in the art of blending, Memories Wine offers three distinct expressions meant to be shared and savored. Our Red Blend, made from 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, carries a rich and velvety character with notes of plum and black cherry, balanced by the Cabernet’s bold structure and flavors of cassis, berry fruit, saddle leather, and subtle tobacco. The same harmonious blend forms our Rosé, yet its personality shines brighter and more refreshing, revealing strawberry, raspberry, and soft floral tones that dance with a crisp, lively finish. Completing the collection is our White Blend, an elegant mix of 94% Sauvignon Blanc and 6% Colombard, offering vibrant layers of citrus, white peach, and tropical hints, lifted by bright acidity and a clean mineral edge.
